We have a facility to do intensive breakthrough session work in Stirling. This is an arrangement where we spend up to 6 hours of intensive coaching and therapy work in a day with clients.

We can occasionally see clients for normal 1 hour sessions in Stirling, although a slightly higher charge applies than in our main locations.

Denise is a CCC registered counsellor, Stuart is a NCP and NACHP registered psychotherapist and a ISPC registered counsellor.

We adhere to appropriate National Occupational Standards, carry professional insurance and support  regulation of therapists. We support the coming voluntary regulation of psychotherapy and counselling. Stuart is a CNHC registered hypnotherapist (voluntary regulation of hypnotherapy).
